You can view MRIFLIX Support videos directly within Security
Console for the Web using the MRIFLIX button 
in the
page header. Click this button to open a viewer in a new window. A list
of all available videos appears on the left side of the player. You can
use the fields at the top to filter the list by category or application
name. You may also search by video name. Once a video is selected, it
opens on the right side of the viewer, ready to play.
Note
If you select a video from the list, but the video does not play correctly, this indicates an issue with your MRI web server’s connection to the Vimeo video hosting platform. If no videos are found, and the video list is empty, this indicates an issue with your MRI web server’s connection to the video feed from www.mrisoftware.com. If you experience either scenario, contact your administrator.
