You can use Security Console for the Web to send users a new Okta activation email. This option is useful if the user's original Okta activation email becomes lost or expired.
Note
This feature is only available for clients federated through Okta and not Active Directory.
You must have Edit User Setup permissions to access this option. Refer to Adding and Maintaining Users and Access Rights for more information.
To send a new Okta activation email, follow these steps:
1. Go to Users.
2. Select the user to receive the reset email.
3. Click More Actions, and then select Send Password Reset Email.
4. Confirm the user's username and email, and then click Resend Activation Email.
