Resetting SSO Passwords

You can use Security Console for the Web to send password reset emails from an SSO provider such as Okta to multiple users at once.

Note

This option only appears for clients with users federated entirely through Okta, and not through AD FS.

 

To send SSO password reset emails to your users, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Users.

2.         If you have super administrator rights for an on-premise client, enter the appropriate Client ID in the Client ID Override field in the user profile .

Note

The user list is filtered depending on your Client ID from your login.

 

3.         At the bottom of the list of users, click Multi-User SSO Password Reset.

4.         In the grid of users that appears, select the checkbox next to each user whose password should be reset, and then click Request SSO Password Reset. This grid is sortable by User ID or Full Name.
