The Audit History report lists changes made to the following types of records:
▪ User
▪ Role
▪ Entity class
▪ Property class
▪ Project class
When you run the Audit History report, the system gathers data from the database specified on the Audit Settings view of Security Console for Windows. The report processes the MRICLDEF_Audit table for the given database and compares the BEFORE and AFTER fields of the records listed above to determine any changes, and then individually lists each change as a line item.
The Audit History report creates a Microsoft Excel workbook that contains the following columns with audit history information for the current client ID:
▪ Batch ID—The ID or batch number associated with the change that was made. This column can be used to group changes that occurred at the same time.
▪ User ID—The ID of the user who made the change.
▪ SCIM—The functionality that caused the update. The column displays a 'Y' if the change was made by SCIM or an 'N' if it was made in Security Console.

▪ Database—The database in which the change was made.
▪ First Name—The original first name of the modified user.
▪ Last Name—The original last name of the modified user.

▪ Change Type—The type of change that was made. The possible values are Add, Modify, and Delete.
▪ Original Value—The original value of the modified item. The column displays a 'Y' or an 'N' to represent whether or not a check box was selected.
