About Reporting

Use the following reports available within Security Console to review and analyze user access and audit information:

While these reports are running, you can click Work Requests in the upper-right corner to check the status of each report. Once each report is complete, you can download it from the Work Requests drawer.

If you need to leverage your security report data outside of your system database, you can also push the data to an application database of your choice.

Note

You must have Report Access permissions to access this functionality. Refer to Adding and Maintaining Users and Access Rights for more information.

Windows to Web Report Comparison

The following table maps the reports available in Security Console for Windows and Security Manager with the corresponding reports in Security Console for Web.

Excel reports:
Effective User Security Report	Menu Access Report, Record Access Report, Table Access Report, Report Access Report, Additional Access Report	The previous report was divided into multiple specialized reports. The Record Access Report encompasses the individual reports for Entity/Project/Property/Basis, but cannot be run by role.
Role/Class Security Report	Menu Access Report, Record Access Report, Table Access Report, Report Access Report, Additional Access Report	The previous report was divided into multiple specialized reports.
