The Menu Access report lists the roles and users that are enabled or blocked for each menu item. This report reflects the settings in the Customize Menus dialog in Web Menu Design. When you run the Menu Access report, it generates a single Microsoft Excel workbook. The workbook contains the following worksheets:
MRI Web Menu Access - By Role: This sheet contains a matrix that lists all of the licensed web menus in rows, plus any custom activity group menus created in Web Menu Design. Roles are listed in columns. Each cell indicates whether or not the role has access to the menu or menu item.
MRI Web Menu Access - By User: This sheet lists web menus as described above, and any blocked users for each menu.
User Role Mapping: This sheet lists each user and their role assignments for easy reference within the report.
Role Menu Access: If a role has role-specific menu customizations, this sheet lists the modified menus that are displayed in place of the default menu for users assigned to this role. A unique Role Menu Access worksheet is generated for each role containing menu customizations.
