The User Security report creates a Microsoft Excel workbook that contains the following columns with information about the users in the selected database:
▪ Unique user ID
▪ Full name
▪ Email—The user's email address.
▪ Site ID—A two-character alphanumeric code used to distinguish unique site records in MRI for Windows. A user can be assigned to only one site ID.
▪ Site Description—A description of the site.
▪ Disabled—If there is a 'Y' in this column, the user has been disabled by an administrator.
▪ Locked—If there is a ‘Y’ in this column, the user has been locked out of the system due to failed logon attempts.
▪ Named License—If there is a ‘Y’ in this column, the user has a Named User license and can log on to MRI regardless of the number of users already logged on.
▪ Last Login Date—This column displays the last date that each user accessed MRI.
▪ Entity Class—The user’s assigned entity class. A user can be assigned to only one entity class.
▪ Project Class—The user’s assigned project class. A user can be assigned to only one project class.
▪ Property Class—The user’s assigned property class. A user can be assigned to only one property class.
The rest of the columns are roles that one or more of the selected users are assigned to. If a user is assigned to a role, a ‘Y’ appears in the role column.

You must have Report Access permissions to run this report. Refer to Adding and Maintaining Users and Access Rights for more information.
To run the User/Role Security report, follow these steps:
1. Go to Reporting.
2. In the Report field, select User Security Report.
3. In the Database field, select a database.
4. Optionally, select the Display Admin Rights checkbox to include an additional Admin Rights tab on the Excel output, which displays the admin rights assigned to the selected users..
5. Click Run.
6. When the report has finished running, click Download Report. The report can also be downloaded later by clicking the Work Requests button in the upper-right corner of Security Console.
