Specifying a User's License Associations

Note

You must have User License Association permissions to associate licenses with a user. Refer to Adding and Maintaining Users and Access Rights for more information.

Alternatively, use the Licenses page to associate a license with one or more users. Refer to Associating Users with Licenses for more information.

 

To associate a user with one or more licenses, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Users.

2.         If you have super administrator rights for an on-premise client, enter the appropriate Client ID in the Client ID Override field in the user profile .

Note

The user list is filtered depending on your Client ID from your login.

 

3.         Select the user you want to associate with licenses.

4.         Click More Actions, and then select Edit License Associations.

5.         In the Assign User to Licenses dialog box, select the licenses for the user.

6.         Click Save.
