A class is an alternate grouping of users that establishes access rights to entities, CRE properties, and CRE projects. To establish class security, you can create classes, and then assign users to a class. You can create as many classes as your organization needs to establish security. However, a given user may only be assigned to one class of each type.

Property class security is only available if you are licensed for Property Management. Project class security is only available if you are licensed for Project Management.
Web Services are a special kind of class that allows access to MRI web services. Web services enable your organization to integrate third-party solutions with MRI products and services.
